Delete your PepLevel data

PepLevel has no account. There is no username, password, email or server profile to close. Your health data lives on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, so deleting it is fully in your hands and takes effect straight away.

Delete individual entries

Any dose, weight, measurement, side effect, photo or supply can be deleted from inside the app. Deleting a medication removes it along with its schedule, dose history and supplies.

Delete everything

1. Optional, keep a copy first. Pro users can export CSV and PDF from Settings, then Your Data.
2. Delete the iCloud copy. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage (or Manage Storage). Find PepLevel and choose Delete Data. This removes the synced copy from every device on that Apple Account.
3. Delete the app. Press and hold the PepLevel icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App. This removes the on-device database, photos and reminders.
4. Apple Health (optional). Weight, waist and water that PepLevel wrote to Apple Health stay in Health until you remove them: open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps, then PepLevel, then Delete All Data from PepLevel.

Analytics and purchase data

Anonymous usage and crash data is linked to a random app identifier, not to you. Turn it off at any time in the app under Settings, then Privacy, then Share Usage Data. To ask for any analytics or purchase record linked to your install to be deleted, email InspiredApps365@gmail.com and I will handle it within 30 days. Records of purchases held by Apple are governed by Apple.
