How we compared them

We looked at five iPhone apps people commonly use to track Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic, and checked each App Store listing and developer website in September 2026. PepLevel is our own app, so read its row with that in mind. Prices and features change often: everything below is correct at the time of writing (2026), and you should check the App Store for current details before you subscribe. We have not included star ratings, because they change week to week.

We focused on six things people ask about most: which medicines are supported, whether the estimated level chart is free, if you can track more than one medicine, if you need an account, how you pay, and which devices it runs on.

The apps, one by one

Shotsy

Shotsy has been around since 2024 and is the name most people hear first in GLP-1 groups. It is focused entirely on GLP-1 medicines. Its own site lists dose logging, reminders, injection site rotation, side effects and weight tracking as free, with the estimated medication level chart and Apple Health sync in Shotsy+. The level chart covers semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide. Data stays on your device and syncs through iCloud with no account. Reviews often praise its customer support and polish, and it is available in 16 languages. At the time of writing, US subscriptions were listed from $9.99 a month or $39.99 a year.

GlucoPal

GlucoPal appears as "Mounjaro Tracker" on the UK App Store and "Zepbound Tracker" in the US. It combines dose logging with food tracking (photo estimates, barcode scanning and food search), a site rotation body map, progress photos and Apple Health sync. No account is required. Medication-level forecasts and PDF reports for appointments are in GlucoPal Pro, which was listed from $9.99 in the US at the time of writing.

MeAgain

MeAgain is built around the whole GLP-1 routine: shots and pills, food logging by photo, barcode or search, protein, fibre and water goals, a side effect journal, progress photos, Journey Cards and widgets featuring its capybara mascot. The listing says some features require a subscription, with paid options listed from $14.99 at the time of writing. A good fit if food and habits matter as much as the jab.

Injectly

Injectly is free, with no ads and no subscription. It logs any injectable with route and site, supports blends, and shows serum concentration estimates for supported medicines. You can log without an account. Cycles, titration and custom intervals need a free Apple or Google account. It is on iPhone and Android.

PepLevel

PepLevel is our app, launching soon on iPhone. It covers any GLP-1 plus other injectables, with a free level curve, titration plans, site rotation, supply forecasts, side effects and an appointment PDF. It has no account at all, and Pro can be bought once as a lifetime purchase.

Which one suits whom

• You only take one GLP-1 and want the most established app: Shotsy.
• You want food, calories and macros in the same app as your jab: GlucoPal or MeAgain.
• You want everything free and do not mind an account for advanced scheduling: Injectly.
• You want the level curve free, a second injectable next to your GLP-1, no account, or to pay once: PepLevel.
• You use Android: Shotsy, MeAgain or Injectly. PepLevel is iPhone only.

Where PepLevel fits

Common questions

What is the best tirzepatide tracker app?

For Mounjaro or Zepbound alone, Shotsy is the most established. If you want food logging too, look at GlucoPal or MeAgain. If you want a free level curve, a second injectable or a lifetime purchase, PepLevel is built for that. Check current features on the App Store.

Is there a free Ozempic or semaglutide tracker app?

Most GLP-1 trackers have a free tier for dose logging. Injectly is completely free. PepLevel's free tier tracks one medication and includes the estimated level curve. Shotsy and GlucoPal keep their level charts in paid tiers at the time of writing.

Do GLP-1 tracker apps need an account?

Not always. Shotsy, GlucoPal and PepLevel work without one. Injectly needs a free account only for sync and advanced scheduling, and MeAgain offers optional sign-in.
