Most people start with a notes app or a calendar alert, and it works until the second compound arrives. Then the questions pile up: which one is due today, which vial is nearly empty, where did I inject on Tuesday. A tracker earns its place by answering those in a glance. iOS, Android and reviews
PepLevel is an iPhone app. There is no Android version at the moment. It has not launched yet, so there are no App Store reviews to read. When you do compare reviews of any tracker, search them for two words: "lost" (as in lost data after an update) and "paywall".
How PepLevel handles each one
Several compounds, one screen
Pick compounds from a searchable library with category chips (GLP-1, Recovery, Growth Hormone and more) or add your own. Today shows the next dose with a one-tap Log button, and the This week grid gives each compound its own row, from yesterday through the next five days, with taken, scheduled, skipped, partial and unlogged doses marked differently.
Schedules and cycles
Every day, every N days, every N hours, repeating intervals, weekly, set weekdays or as needed, with on/off cycles and several reminder times a day. You enter the schedule you were given. The app never suggests one.
Vials, pens and volume
Save each vial with its amount and the water you added, or a pen with its cartridge volume. PepLevel shows the planned dose from your own plan as mL (cc in the US), or as clicks on a click pen, tracks what is left, forecasts when it runs out and reminds you before it does.
Site rotation
A zone grid marks the suggested next site alongside recent and older ones, with sub-Q and IM zones and a history for each site. Log Dose is prefilled with the suggestion.
Level curve
For any compound with a half-life, a 7, 30 or 90-day curve with a "now" marker. It is always an illustrative estimate from the half-life, never a measurement, and it is in the free version.
Private by design
No account and no sign-up. Your log lives on your iPhone, with optional Face ID lock and the app hidden in the app switcher. Pro adds CSV export and a one-page PDF for appointments, unlimited compounds, level overlays, progress photos and custom reminders.

Is there a peptide tracker app for Android?
Not from PepLevel at the moment. It is an iPhone app only. If you use Android, a spreadsheet is a reasonable stopgap until then.
Do I need an account to use PepLevel?
No. There is no sign-up and no account. Your data stays on your phone unless you choose to export or share it.
Does the app tell me what dose to take?
No. PepLevel records and reminds against the doses and schedule you enter. It never suggests, calculates or adjusts a dose. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about anything you take.
